Being rated 5 stars does not mean achieving 100% in every category. For instance, our completion rate in the educational field is 88.6%, which means nearly 13% of our students do not finish their study program and fail. Despite this, we are still considered a 5-star educational provider. Another example is our overall student satisfaction rate of 86.7%, indicating that around 14% of our students are not fully satisfied with what we offer. This dissatisfaction can stem from various reasons. Sometimes, students entering a private academy expect that passing exams and obtaining a diploma is guaranteed. However, this is not the case. We strive to support our students throughout their studies, but it is important to keep in mind that there is a 13% chance of not completing the study program.
